Heather Purser Williams

  • July 25, 2026
Heather Purser Williams went home to be with Jesus on June 27, 2026 at the young age of 27.
Heather treasured the simple joys of life—living in the country with her husband, Josh and daughter, Indy, spending time with the ones she loved and making memories with her family. Her greatest joy was her precious little girl, Indy, and she poured her whole heart into being her mother. She also shared an unbreakable bond with her mother and daddy and her three brothers. Her willingness and dedication to caring for others, led her to becoming an emergency room Nurse at Novant Health.
Though her time here on earth was far too short, the love she gave and the lives she touched before and after her Renal Medullary Carcinoma (RMC) diagnosis will remain with each person that she touched forever. Heather made a difference in so many lives by the way she always chose to put others first. Everyone who knew Heather will miss her beautiful smile, her caring heart and the light she brought into each person’s life.
She is survived by husband, Josh Williams; precious two year old daughter, Indy; her parents, Tim and Shanda Purser; brother, Riley and wife, Jaden; brother, Jackson; brother, Harrison; grandmother, Janice Hill; in-laws, Eddie and Starla Williams; brother-in-law, Chandler Williams and wife, Sophia and a very large extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who loved her dearly.
“Well done, good and faithful servant…Enter into the joy of your Lord.” Matthew 25:23
“I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith..” II Timothy 4:7
Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever in our hearts.
